Phinn

Phinn is the elven librarian that lives in the village. She came from her home village in the forests years ago, wanting to settle somewhere near humans. Nobody knows too much about her past, as she claims to have led a fairly uneventful life. However, it is clear she used to love exploring and wandering around when she was younger, living in her home forest along the east side of the Southern Wastelands.

Phinn is perhaps one of the kindest, friendliest people in the Landis Kingdom. She's usually cheerful and willing to help anyone. Everyone in the village knows her, despite the fact she doesn't leave the library too often during the day (She's the sole caretaker of the place, so she has to watch over it), and few can imagine living around town without her smiling face.

While she loves reading the books in her library and is quite intelligent because of it, she lacks a few bits of common sense and street smarts due to her unwillingness to leave the library for too long. Still, there are a few people who think she knows a bit more than she lets on.

Phinn also has a crush on Matthew. Matthew, for his part, is usually a bit too busy to notice. Most everyone else in town, however, have noticed. Although Phinn runs the library, she has no books on magic, so Alexandria doesn't stop by too often.

First appearance: August 29, 2002 (Storyline: "Opening Statements"), though she WAS technically in the background in the opening comics, pages 1 and 2
